A ala do Congress which advocates the installation of a CPI (Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry) on suspicions relating to the Banco Master celebrated the fact that the minister Toffoli Dias, do STF (Supremo Tribunal Federal), .

The commission is under the control of confidential data from the Master owner’s cell phone, Daniel Vorcaro. The vice-president of the collegiate, deputy Duarte Junior (PSB-MA), seeks information about a number that, in Vorcaro’s communications, would be seeking to obstruct the commission’s work, for example.
However, CPMI itself faces clashes with the STF. This Wednesday, it would be the commission’s turn to hear Augusto Ferreira Limaformer partner of Vorcaro. But he managed to obtain a habeas corpus in the Supreme Court and the hearing ended up cancelled. Parliamentarians complain that this has become a standard, which would disrespect Congress.
Hours after the cancellation, the president of CPMI, senator Carlos Vianna (Podemos-MG), met with the rapporteur of the cases regarding the Master and INSS fraud in the Court, André Mendonça – no significant practical advances.
