Nike and Jordan launch Brazil’s blue jersey for the World Cup – 03/12/2026 – Sports

Nike presented this Thursday (12) the blue jersey of the Brazilian team for the 2026 World Cup.

According to the sports equipment supplier, Brazil’s number 2 jersey is inspired by the tones, patterns and prints of the country’s fastest and most formidable predators.

Produced in partnership with Jordan Brand, in the brand’s first partnership between basketball icon Michael Jordan and a football team, it will be available for sale from this Friday (13).

“For every child in Brazil who dreams of having a ball at their feet, this partnership means something huge,” said Vinicius Junior. “Jordan Brand and our team coming together is more than football, it’s culture and greatness together. When the Jumpman appears alongside our colors, it shows the world the creativity, passion and energy that make Brazil special. It inspires the new generation to play with style, freedom and pride every time we take the field.”

According to Nike, the shirt is produced from 100% textile waste, with a cooling innovation designed to allow greater air circulation between the skin and the fabric.

The technology features distinct elliptical mesh zones that make airflow more visible and intuitive, helping players stay dry when the game heats up. Furthermore, the material is 11% lighter and up to 238% more breathable, increasing comfort and performance on the field.

The launch of the new shirt was attended by some players from the national team, such as Vini Jr, Estevão, Matheus Cunha and Marquinhos.

The debut of the new uniform will be in the friendly against France, on March 26th, at the Gillette Stadium, in Boston, in the United States, at 5pm (Brasília time).

The main yellow uniform should be launched in the next few days. His debut will be in the friendly against Croatia, on the 31st, at the Camping World Stadium, in Orlando, United States, at 9pm (Brasília time).
