A new medical report says that the death of Rodrigo Castanheira16 years old, was provoked for punches thrown by former racing driver Pedro Turra19 years old. Expertise also ruled out the hypothesis that the teenager died due to of trauma caused by hitting the head against a car during the attacks.
The document further indicated that Turra would have used a “blunt instrument”like brass knuckles. For the investigation presented in the new report, the expert considered Castanheira’s medical records and exams, the images and videos present in the police investigation. From that, the investigation found that the teenager “was in a physical fight with a single individual”. In this case, your attacker.
