The secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, Ali Larijani.
Netanyahu is clearly alive. Larijani (who Israel said he eliminated this Monday) “speaks soon” and his X account is publishing.
The Israeli Government announced this Tuesday the death of Ali Larijanione of the main Iranian leaders, and Gholamreza Soleimani, commander of the Basij militia, following air strikes, during the night, in Iran.
“The Chief of Staff has just informed me that Larijani, secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, and Soleimani, head of the Basij, Iran’s main repressive apparatus, were eliminated yesterday [segunda-feira] at night,” said Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz in a video message.
Ali Larijani era “one of the most veteran and highest-ranking figures in the leadership of the Iranian regime” and “acted as leader of the Iranian regime”the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said.
This morning’s Israeli announcement was followed by… a handwritten message on Ali Larijani’s official account on X — a note of condolence for the deaths of the members of the Iranian Navy killed in the war against Israel and the USA. It is not known who wrote the note, but the Iranian news agency Tasnim and Mehr said, according to , that Larijani is not dead and will speak soon.
The Israeli army had already announced the death, in an attack on Monday, of the head of the Basij militia, made up of members of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard.
Katz further stated that the Israeli armed forces will “continue operations in Iran with great intensity, targeting the regime’s resources to neutralize missile launch capabilities and destroy key strategic infrastructure.”
The Islamic Republic “is being dismantled and leaders and capabilities are being neutralized,” he said.
Netanyahu (alive) confirms death
Despite rumors that he was shot down in an Iranian attack, the Israeli prime minister is alive. After not being seen for several days, a video (possibly altered with AI) released by Israeli authorities showed Benjamin Netanyahu and only raised more suspicions about his condition (thanks to strangely shaped fingers, changes in his teeth and movements considered unnatural), but the Israeli leader went public again this Monday, to talk about Larijani.
The Israeli prime minister said just hours later that by killing the secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, Israel was giving the Iranians an opportunity to “take the reins of their destiny.”
“This morning, we eliminated Ali Larijani, the leader of a band of ‘gangsters’ who, in reality, governs Iran”, said Benjamin Netanyahu, in a video released by his office in which he comments on the announcement of the death of Larijani and the commander of the Basij militia, Gholamreza Soleimani, following Israeli air strikes, These deaths have not been confirmed by Iran.
“We are shaking this regime in the hope of giving the Iranian people an opportunity to get rid of it,” Netanyahu insisted, adding that if Israel persists, it will give the Iranians “the opportunity to take the reins of their destiny.”
“At the same time, we are helping our American friends in the Gulf,” said Netanyahu. “I spoke at length yesterday with President Trump about this issue. There is cooperation between our Air Force and Navy, between myself and President Trump and his team. We will help both with indirect attacks, which create enormous pressure on the Iranian regime, and with direct actions. There are many other surprises. We will wage war with tricks. We will not reveal all the tricks here, but I have said: there are many.
This morning we eliminated Ali Larijani. Ali Larijani is the boss of the Revolutionary Guards, which is the gang of gangsters that actually runs Iran. Along with him, we also eliminated the commander of the Basij – this is the helpers of the gangsters, who are spreading terror in the streets of Tehran and other cities of Iran against the population. We also operate there; operating from the air…
