Sul Américo Scucuglia (PRD) councilor left part of the population frustrated.
Scucuglia had announced, during his speech at the City Council rostrum and on social media, that the senator and pre-candidate for the Presidency of the Republic, (PL), would be by his side in the plenary this Tuesday (17).
Flávio, however, did not attend and has no appointments scheduled for São Caetano do Sul in the coming days.
This Tuesday morning, Scucuglia even said that he would go to the plenary with a display of the senator. When he got up to the podium and without a display, the councilor was mocked by other colleagues.
“Flávio arrived here at the Chamber”, said councilor Caio Salgado (PL).
Getúlio Filho, another parliamentarian, referred to Scucuglia as a snake charmer.
“My speech was clear, [falei] that I would take him to the plenary as I have already explained to others. And one thing was this publication [em um canal do Instagram] which I can’t speak for her,” Scucuglia said.
