The senator announced, this Tuesday (17), that the federal deputy Nikolas Ferreira You should visit Acre in May. The statement was made in a video published on social media, in which the congressman appears alongside his wife and the congressman from Minas Gerais.
On the same occasion, Bittar reported that he handed over to the senator Flavio Bolsonaro a document with proposals aimed at the development of the Amazon.
According to Bittar, the invitation made to Nikolas aims to bring the parliamentarian closer to the region’s reality and expand the debate on the topic at a national level. He also mentioned Flávio Bolsonaro as a pre-candidate and highlighted that the material presented brings together suggestions considered strategic for the advancement of the Amazon.
“We are delivering to Flávio a document with our suggestions of what we understand needs to be corrected for the Brazilian Amazon, so that it can prosper and recover its lost improvement”, said the senator.

Deputy Nikolas Ferreira confirmed the visit and commented on the lack of knowledge of a large part of the Brazilian population regarding the Amazon region.
“I’m a Brazilian and we know very little about the Amazon. We know very little about 60% of the Brazilian territory”, he stated.
He also praised the content of the document delivered by Bittar.
“More than pointing out the problem, we have to deliver the solution. I think that’s what Márcio did.”
In the end, the parliamentarian confirmed the scheduled period for the trip to the state.
“In May, we can have this visit and show the reality there in the Amazon, in Acre”, he said.
