“It’s not 100% yet,” says Flávio about Bolsonaro’s health

The pre-candidate for the presidency of the Republic, Flavio Bolsonaro (PL), said this Saturday (21) that his father, Jair Bolsonaro (PL), “it’s not 100% yet”. The former Chief Executive is in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) of the DF Star hospital, in Brasília.

“He’s a little better today. . He has to finish the course of antibiotics for the effect to be 100%, it’s not 100% yet,” said Flávio in a press interview upon leaving the hospital.

Accompanied by , the pre-candidate also said that his family visited his father to “sing happy birthday” to him. Hospitalized since the 13th, the former president turns 71 this Saturday (21).

“It’s a moment where we try to bring some joy to him. We sing happy birthday with the cake there — Carlos, Michelle, Letícia, Laura, some doctors –, trying to bring a little encouragement”, he said.

According to Flávio, the former president still has no expected hospital discharge.

Bolsonaro was diagnosed with , caused by aspiration of liquid from the stomach. He had a high fever, a drop in oxygen saturation, sweating and chills.

The medical bulletins released during the week showed an evolution in Bolsonaro’s health condition. None of the statements indicated a forecast for hospital discharge so far.
