The US President stated that talks between the countries took place on Sunday and will continue on Monday. If they are productive, the agreement between Washington and Tehran will be concluded soon, he said. At the same time, Trump declared that if negotiations with Tehran officials fail, the bombing of Iran will continue. AFP recalls that Iran has denied information about ongoing talks between the countries.
The head of the White House announced the news of the negotiations earlier on Monday on his social network Truth Social. In a post on that platform, he added that he had ordered the Ministry of Defense to postpone all attacks against Iran’s power plants and energy infrastructure for five days.
