Flávio has 41.0% and Lula 38.3% in the dispute for Planalto in PA

Survey by Paraná Pesquisas shows the senator and the current president tied; margin of error is 2.7 points

A survey by Paraná Pesquisas, carried out from March 18 to 21, shows that the senator (PL) has 41% of voting intentions in the race for the Presidency of the Republic among voters in Pará. He is followed by the current president, (PT), which totals 38.3%. Both are technically tied, within the survey’s margin of error of 2.7 points.

Next appear the governor of Paraná, (PSD), with 3.1%; the senator (PP), with 2.4%; and Renan Santos (Mission), with 1.5%. Also mentioned are the former governor of Minas Gerais, (New), with 1.2%, and (Christian Democracy), with 0.6%. Among those interviewed, 4.9% said they did not know who to vote for, while 7% said they intended to vote blank or cancel.

When the research was carried out, the governor of Paraná, Ratinho Jr., was still a pre-candidate for President. On Monday (March 23, 2026), he will compete.

Paraná Pesquisas interviewed 1,400 voters in Pará from March 18 to 21, 2026. The margin of error is 2.7 percentage points and the confidence level is 95%. Registration with the TSE is BR-04700/2026. According to the company, the study cost R$35,000 and was paid for with its own resources.

2ND ROUND SCENARIOS

The study also simulated possible disputes in the 2nd round. In a possible confrontation against Lula, Flávio appears with 47.4% of voting intentions, while the PT member registers 42.9%.

In a clash between the current president and Ratinho Jr., Lula would record 43.9%, compared to 37.7%.

GOVERNMENT ASSESSMENT

The survey measured the evaluation of Lula’s administration among voters in the State. For 31.7%, the government is considered “excellent” or “bom”. Another 19.8% classify the administration as “regular”. 47.2% evaluate the management as “roomy” or “terrible”, while 1.4% did not know or preferred not to answer.

As for approval, 43.1% of those interviewed say they approve of federal management and 53.7% say they disapprove.
