A motorcycle registered as stolen was recovered by police officers from the Tactical Force of the 2nd Battalion, on Monday afternoon (23), in an abandoned plot of land located at the entrance to Ramal do Bambu, in the Belo Jardim 1 neighborhood, in the Second District region of Rio Branco.
According to information from the Military Police of the 2nd Battalion Tactical Force, the garrison was carrying out routine patrolling when it received a report that two individuals had hidden a motorcycle in the location the previous night, raising suspicions that the vehicle could be the product of crime.
Given the situation, the military moved to the indicated address, with support from another police team, and began searching the area. During the investigation, the agents located a gray Honda Fan model motorcycle, year 2023.
After consulting the system, it was found that the vehicle had theft restrictions, with registration made last Saturday, March 22, 2026.
Despite searches at the scene, no suspects were found and there were no arrests in connection with the incident.
The motorcycle was seized and sent to the 2nd Regional Civil Police, located in the Cidade do Povo Housing Complex, where the necessary procedures will be carried out.
The case remains under investigation to identify those responsible for the crime.
