According to the president of IEPTB-AC, Ricardo Martins, the campaign also reinforces the role of notary offices in mediating financial conflicts and strengthening the economy.

“Many people only discover that their name has been protested when they have already been denied credit. By consulting beforehand, the person can negotiate in advance. Notary offices act precisely to bring together debtors and creditors, facilitate agreements and allow the resumption of credit, strengthening the local economy”, he stated.

The campaign also draws attention to the importance of preventive consultation, avoiding surprises when taking out financing, loans or carrying out any operation that depends on credit analysis.
