In just over two years, Donald Trump has gone from openly threatening to imprison Mark Zuckerberg to sign him as an advisor to the Government of USA.
According to advance The Wall Street Journalthe Trump administration will form a committee of high-level experts who will help the White House to dictate their policies regarding artificial intelligencealso its potential regulation.
In addition to the co-founder and owner of Metathe one baptized as the Presidential Advisory Council on Science and Technology (PCAST) will be composed of other magnates of the technology industry as the executive director of NVIDIA, Jensen Huang; the executive president of Oracle, Larry Ellison; the co-founder of Google, Sergey Brin; and the founder of Dell Technologies, Michael Dell.

With this maneuver, Trump reinforces his increasingly close alliance with Silicon Valley. For their part, the companies present on the council begin to occupy an even more influential position to condition public policies and make them adjust to the interests of their business. Meta, Google and Huang have personally made million-dollar donations to Trump.
