The Solar de condominium advised local residents this Friday (27) to avoid crowds while serving (PL)’s house arrest and reinforced that the former president’s house will be monitored 24 hours a day.
The administration of the condominium in Jardim Botânico, the administrative region of the federal capital, released a note to highlight the rules determined by the minister of the (Supreme Federal Court) when authorizing Bolsonaro’s transfer and reinforcing that they are complied with to, thus, “avoid inconvenience”.
The document, signed by property manager Marcelo Feijó, mentions, for example, the prohibition of camps and demonstrations within a 1km radius of the former president’s house, “notably for participation in any acts that could compromise the health of house arrest”.
Solar de Brasília stated that Moraes’ rules are “clear” and asked that people living in the condominium “observe with the utmost care the entry and exit routine of their visitors”, warning of “administrative and legal disruption to the condominium or resident” in case of infraction.
“Furthermore, maintaining order and security in the external area of the Condominium is the responsibility of the police authorities, as well as the routine entry and exit of personnel and third parties from the property in question will be monitored by the Custody Center and will follow the routine established in the Condominium Convention, therefore, any interference by our residents in this regard is not recommended”, he says.
The note also states that messages exchanged in groups of residents do not represent Solar de Brasília, but rather personal opinions. “The condominium is a non-partisan entity and does not adopt any political position, being neutral in relation to debates of an ideological or partisan nature.”
A report from August 2025 showed that residents complained in a WhatsApp group about the routine there when Bolsonaro was under house arrest, before being taken to the Federal Police Superintendence. “Hoot horn, police, bugle, hell,” wrote one of them.
On Tuesday (24), Moraes told Jair Bolsonaro for an initial period of 90 days – the estimated period for the former president to recover from bronchopneumonia. He was discharged from DF Star Hospital after two weeks in hospital.
Bolsonaro will be able to receive his children, but under the same hours and rules as Papudinha, which provides for visits on Wednesdays and Saturdays, between 8am and 4pm. Lawyers can visit you every day for 30 minutes, but they need to make an appointment with the 19th Military Police Battalion of the Federal District. Doctors have free access.
