Deputy says that evidence links Flávio’s advisor to “Careca do INSS” and motivates inclusion in the party’s alternative report
The deputy (PT-MG) told the Poder360this Friday (March 27, 2026), that the PT presented an alternative report to the INSS CPMI with the aim of replacing the official opinion. One of the 270 indicted is the senator (PL-RJ), pre-candidate for President.
Correia said that the bench will reject the deputy’s (PL-AL) report as it considers it to be “political-electoral” and does not hold everyone involved in the scheme accountable. The PT member criticized the exclusion of names such as Fabiano Zettel, brother-in-law of the former banker Daniel Vorcarodono do Banco Master.
“Why didn’t they put it in? It’s because Zettel has connections with Bolsonaro. He gave R$3 million to Bolsonaro’s campaign, R$2 million to Tarcísio’s campaign and then allocated R$40 million to the Lagoinha Church”, he declared.
The deputy also stated that the official report failed to adequately address irregularities in payroll loans. According to him, around 240 thousand contracts were canceled due to inconsistencies and losses to retirees.
According to Correia, the PT report will include around 270 defendants and will ask the PF (Federal Police) to deepen investigations into approximately 50 people. The document is more than 2,000 pages long and will be made available to the public.
INDICATION OF FLÁVIO BOLSONARO
The deputy stated that the inclusion of Flávio in the alternative report is due to evidence of a connection between the administrator of his office, Letícia Caetano dos Reis, and the businessman Antônio Carlos Camilo Antunesinvestigated not case.
Correia said there was evidence of transfers to the office linked to the senator, such as the purchase of a mansion in Brasília for around R$6 million, initially attributed to revenue from a chocolate store and, later, to earnings from an office that, according to him, had accelerated growth. The deputy stated that there is no definitive proof, as there was no breach of confidentiality.
The parliamentarian also mentioned another front of investigation. He said that the senator’s allies would have influenced the government of Rio de Janeiro, led by (PL), to make a contribution of R$1 billion to “save Banco Master from bankruptcy”, together with the governor of the DF, (MDB). “It was the project to save Banco Master and Vorcaro”, he stated.
