As a quick reminder: Austria has qualified directly for the 2026 World Cup in the USA, Mexico and Canada. Ralf Rangnick’s team won the first game of the year against Ghana 5-1. It was a test match. This is a reassuring fact, especially in view of the shaky rattle of yesterday’s playoff games.
