After the discussion sparked in Germany about a ban on sexualized deepfakes, Justice Minister Anna Sporrer and Women’s Minister Eva-Maria Holzleitner (both SPÖ) announced measures to combat digital violence. “We will not allow artificial intelligence to become a weapon against women,” said Sporrer in a broadcast on Sunday. This week the ministers exchanged ideas with representatives of a current initiative.
