The Government will grant a day off on Thursday afternoon, considering the “usual practice” of moving many people away from their place of residence at Easter, says an order signed this Monday by the Prime Minister.
Luís Montenegro’s order, to which Lusa had access, states that “point tolerance is granted to workers who perform public functions in direct State administration services, whether central or deconcentrated, and in public institutes, in the afternoon of Maundy Thursday, April 2, 2026”.
