He Israel’s Parliament has approved a reform to legalize the death penalty by hanging for declared persons guilty of terrorist murder.
Various human rights associations warn preventively of the possible use that the Netanyahu Government will give to a norm that, the groups fearit can end being used against Palestinians and not against Jewish citizens.
The differences are seen immediately. The reform endorsed by the Knesset by 62 votes in favor and 48 against obliges as general measure to be the military courts those who impose said extreme penalty in the case of Palestinians residents in the West Bank.
