The governor of São Paulo, Tarcísio de Freitasdecided to promote changes in the political articulation structure of Palácio dos Bandeirantes in the midst of the electoral scenario. The Secretary of the Civil House, Roberto Carneiro, was chosen to take over the Government Secretariatdepartment responsible for dialogue with mayors, deputies and parties.
The movement occurs after departure of Gilberto Kassab of the secretariat command. The leader left office to dedicate himself to his political and party agenda.
With the change, the current undersecretary of the state Treasury, Nerylson Lima, must take over the Civil House. The appointments must be formalized this Monday (30).
In the assessment of allies, Carneiro’s choice reinforces the political articulation in the governor’s closest environment. The secretary had already been acting as the government’s interlocutor since January, however in the Civil House, accumulating functions that are now being formalized.
