On Tuesday, Minister of Culture Martina Šimkovičová (SNS nominee) dismissed the general director of the Slovak Technical Museum (STM), Zuzana Šullova, and the director of the State Scientific Library (ŠVK) in Košice, Darina Kožuchová. TASR was informed about this by Petra Demková, director of the department of communication of the Department of Culture.
Šullová will be replaced at the head of STM by the new general director Ján Pivovarník from Wednesday (April 1). ŠVK will be led by Radoslav Maček instead of Kožuchová.
“The Ministry of Culture (MK) of the Slovak Republic expresses its gratitude to both directors of these cultural institutions for their work so far and wishes the new directors much success in their new positions.” said the department.
