This was not in the script: Polnišová loaded the department of culture right during Let’s Dance!

The very popular actress Petra Polnišová unexpectedly left the fourth round of the dance show Let’s Dance together with her dance partner Vilém Šír. They took the penultimate place in the judges’ table. Juraj Mokrý and his dance partner Natália Glosíková scored four points less. The final shootout was also decided between these two couples. In the end, the audience’s SMS votes decided.

Polnišová did not mourn the end of the show. “On the contrary, I’m finally going to rest a little. And I wanted to thank everyone, everyone who supported us. Miňa, company, simply all talented dancers, you are really great. And I will be watching to see who will fight for the title of king or queen. I wouldn’t really be able to choose who, you’re all really great” she told her colleagues.

The actress thanked the jury and turned her attention to her dance partner. “And I overcame about 77 of my comfort zones with Vild. It’s also a little bit about the fact that a person thinks that in his fifties he has nothing to show for himself. On the contrary, I think that I am living proof that in fifty it can only begin. I now promise myself that I will not leave the dance again. It gave me an awful lot of endorphins. I thank Vild very much for being my partner. For being very strict with me,” she gave him strong words.

At the end of the speech, she revealed her view on current events in Slovakia. “And I would like to say how beautifully you support us. I hope and firmly believe that you will support culture and other such activities in Slovakia. Because so far we are not getting that support from the people we should be getting it from. And really to all the viewers, I thank all the viewers for every single vote,” added Polnišová, who indirectly criticized the Ministry of Culture. Currently, the number one topic is the stoppage of funding for some projects from the Art Support Fund.

She was not the first to criticize the state of culture in Slovakia during the live broadcast of Let’s Dance on Markíza TV. Just a few minutes before her, the actor Ján Koleník took the floor, who moved the entire Incheba Expo Arena. What did he say? You can read that.
