The minister of the (Supreme Federal Court) and his wife, Viviane Barci de Moraes, flew on executive jets from companies owned by , , or linked to him, at least eight times between May and October 2025, indicate documents obtained by Sheet.
To find the flights, three databases were crossed. The first is from Anac (National Civil Aviation Agency) and contains the names of all the people who boarded at the executive terminal at Brasília Airport.
The second is the record of all flights that take off from the same location and is compiled by Decea (Airspace Control Department), linked to the Aeronautics Command.
Finally, the report consulted the owners of the aircraft in the Brazilian Aeronautical Registry, maintained by Anac.
Of the eight flights, , a luxury goods sharing company in which Vorcaro was a partner through the Patrimonial Blue fund. The company’s planes are authorized to carry out air taxis. also belongs to Prime.
The only exception is a flight made by the minister and his wife, lawyer Viviane Barci de Moraes, on August 7, 2025. On that occasion, the plane used was a Dassault Falcon 2000 with PSFSW registration. The plane, a Falcon 2000, belongs to a company called FSW SPE, which does not have air taxi authorization.
Pastor Fabiano Zettel, Vorcaro’s brother-in-law, is one of the aircraft’s partners. He was arrested in the same operation as the former banker and is negotiating a plea bargain with the PGR (Attorney General’s Office) and the PF (Federal Police).
Minister Alexandre de Moraes did not respond to the report’s questions. He was contacted via the STF press office on March 27, 30 and 31.
Viviane Barci de Moraes’ office states that it “contracts several air taxi services, and that among those that have already been contracted at some point is that of the company Prime Aviation. In none of the flights on Prime Aviation aircraft on which members of the office traveled, however, were Daniel Vorcaro or Fabiano Zettel present.”
It also states that “the contracting of these air taxi services follows operational criteria and does not involve any personal relationship with specific aircraft owners or operators”. And he says none of the lawyers at the firm know Zettel.
Prime said that for reasons of contract confidentiality and the General Data Protection Law, it does not disclose data about the users of the aircraft in its portfolio “whether they are shareholders and their guests or charter customers of the air taxi service”.
Daniel Vorcaro’s defense said he will not comment. Fabiano Zettel’s lawyer did not respond to the message sent at 2:50 pm on March 27.
Viviane Barci de Moraes’ law firm signed in February 2024 a contract providing for monthly fees of R$3.6 million for three years — according to information. It was closed in November 2025, when Master was liquidated by the BC (Central Bank).
The first flight identified by Sheet in the documents it occurred on May 16, 2025, a Friday. Moraes and Viviane were the only passengers to board the executive terminal at 9:30 am. Only one plane took off from Brasília until 11 am that day, the one with the prefix PR-SAD, from Prime Aviation, at 9:37 am, bound for Congonhas airport, in São Paulo.
On May 22, a Thursday, Moraes boarded the same plane without his wife at 7 pm, the documents indicate. The flight took off at 7:33 pm, to Catarina airport, in São Paulo, which exclusively receives executive jets.
A week later, on May 29, the minister and his wife checked into the executive terminal at Brasília Airport at 7:30 pm with five other passengers. The only flight to São Paulo made after this time was the prefix PT-PVH, also with Prime Aviation.
On July 9, Moraes boarded at 10 pm. In addition to him, at the same time only the governor of Goiás, Ronaldo Caiado, and a third passenger took off on a government aircraft for Goiânia at 10:25 pm. The next flight was the PP-NLR aircraft, from Prime Aviation, carried out at 10:34 pm, to Catarina Airport, in São Paulo.
On August 1, a Friday, the couple and a third passenger were the only ones to board at 12:40 pm.
The plane registered PR-SAD, an Embraer 505 operated by Prime, took off four minutes later towards Congonhas (SP).
The names of Moraes and Viviane appear again at 7pm on August 7th, a Thursday. The only flight to São Paulo at the next time was PS-FSW, at 7:16 pm. The Falcon 2000 is registered in the name of the company SPE FSW, which has Fabiano Zettel, Vorcaro’s brother-in-law, among its partners.
On August 20, a Wednesday, the couple boarded at 7:30 pm. Alexandre and Viviane were the only passengers on time. The PT-PVH plane, operated by Prime Aviation, then took off for Congonhas.
According to what the documents indicate, Moraes and Viviane’s last flight on an aircraft operated by a Vorcaro company took place on October 16, a Thursday. The Prime Aviation (PP-BIO) plane took off at 7:26 pm for Catarina airport.

The firm also states that none of its lawyers know Fabiano Zettel, with whom they have never had any contact. Furthermore, no member of the office has ever traveled on Daniel Vorcaro or Fabiano Zettel’s planes.
The data that would indicate travel by members of the office does not contain any specific information about the flights, making conclusions based on their supposed presence at the air base.
