She had been summoned to testify to the INSS CPMI and the Crime CPI; defense claims that she was not subpoenaed
The website reported having located the businessman’s ex-girlfriend in Miami, United States. Pointed out as a relevant character in the investigations into Banco Master, she had been registered as “not located” by committees of the Brazilian Congress after being summoned to give testimony.
According to the report, Graeff was seen on March 26 at a Miami Beach restaurant, accompanied by her father and another family member. The location is in the Collins Avenue region, an area known for its high standard of real estate.

“They don’t subpoena you and want you to get on a plane, go to Brazil to give a statement and come back?”said the lawyer. Constantino also declared that Graeff is a citizen of the United States “over 20 years ago”.

- Graeff arrived driving a car registered in his name, valued at more than US$100,000. Documents obtained by the publication indicate that the vehicle once belonged to a company linked to her ex-husband, the former NBA player, and was transferred following a court decision in a union dissolution process, the terms of which are confidential;
- records also associate Graeff with an address in Surfside, in a high-end development in Miami-Dade. The rental of the property, according to the report, would have been brokered by a company without corporate registration identified in the main North American states and paid in advance for the entire period.

Summoned to testify at the (Mixed Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry) of the INSS (National Social Security Institute) and the CPI (Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry) of Organized Crime of the Senate on March 25, Graeff did not attend any of the sessions. The commissions reported that it “was not located”. The defense told the Poder360 that she was never summoned.
Graeff is mentioned in Federal Police investigations that investigate suspicions involving the Master and people close to Vorcaro. Messages analyzed by investigators indicate personal conflicts and dealings related to family disputes, including legal strategies and possible production of material against third parties.

The call to testify was approved in the context of the CPMI that investigates irregularities in the INSS and possible financial developments linked to the group under investigation.
