Almost 140,000 homes and businesses were damaged in Iran, says organization

Almost 140,000 residential and commercial units have been damaged in air strikes against Iran since the start of the war, according to a report released by the Iranian Red Crescent.

In addition, at least 316 health, medical and emergency medical services facilities and 18 Red Crescent centers were also damaged by joint attacks by the United States and Israel, according to the organization.

Sniffer dogs have taken part in 693 search and rescue missions since the start of the war, under rubble in some of these operations.

A CNN could not independently verify these numbers.

Missile and drone attacks from Iran also caused damage to airports, as well as deaths across the Gulf region.
