Small aircraft collided with a pole and hit a house in a residential area of Capão da Canoa, in the north of the state
A pilot died after a small aircraft crashed into a house in the municipality of Capão da Canoa, on the North Coast of Rio Grande do Sul. The accident occurred on Friday morning (April 3, 2026), at 10:38 am.
The plane collided with a pole before hitting a house. According to information from RBS TVthe residents of the affected property left safely. The pilot was burned to death.
Teams from the Rio Grande do Sul Fire Department and Military Brigade work at the site. The municipal government also provides support in the event.
