Influencer declared assets of R$2 million to the TSE in RJ state election in 2022; family is known for exposing luxurious life on social media
The Attorney General’s Office of the National Treasury records tax debts of R$1.75 billion in the name of (Solidariedade-RJ). In a note, the deputy denied that she owes taxes to the Union.
When applying for the position of state deputy in 2022, the influencer said she had assets of approximately R$2 million.
According to information available from the government, the amount of the deputy’s debt is R$ 1,753,673,473.27.

In a statement, Sarah Poncio’s advisor denied that the state deputy has any tax debt. According to them, the values mentioned are from a company that Sarah never had any corporate ties to and was even a minor.

“State deputy Sarah Poncio’s office clarifies that the parliamentarian does not have any tax debt in her name, nor does she appear to be a debtor in active debt of the Union.
“The amounts mentioned in recent reports arise from old processes related to companies with which Sarah Poncio never maintained a corporate relationship, administrative participation or any type of benefit.
“At the time of the events, the deputy was a minor, which unequivocally rules out any possibility of liability.
“It is important to highlight that the Judiciary itself has already analyzed the case and recognized the parliamentarian’s lack of responsibility, determining her exclusion from the defendant in tax executions, as well as the lifting of any restrictions.
“There is also an official certificate that certifies the absence of active debts related to the case, reinforcing that there is no tax obligation attributable to the deputy.
“This is, therefore, an undue association, already ruled out in court, which does not correspond to the legal reality of the facts.
