Flávio records video with Zezé Di Camargo for Bolsonaro

Senator Flávio Bolsonaro (PL-RJ) visited singer Zezé Di Camargo in the dressing room, on Thursday (April 9, 2026), in Campo Grande. During the meeting, the two recorded a video with a message of support for former president Jair Bolsonaro (PL), who is under humanitarian house arrest in Brasília, under strict rules, including restrictions on cell phone use.

Flávio was accompanied by the governor of Mato Grosso do Sul, (PP), and by the former governor (PL), current president of the Liberal Party in Mato Grosso do Sul. Also participating in the event were the first lady, Mônica Riedel, the president of the (Associação dos Criadores de Mato Grosso do Sul), Guilherme Bumlai, and the (PL-MS).


In the dressing room, Flávio began the message by addressing the former president. “Speak, dad. I have a guy here who I know you’re a fan of, who loves you too. When you can watch, he wants to send you a message”these.

Zezé Di Camargo declared support for the former president of the Republic. “Firstly, tell you how important you are. You must be aware of this, but how important you are to the people of Brazil. I travel the whole country and see how much you are truly loved by people. I wanted to tell you that, regardless of the circumstances, we are with you”he stated.

After the meeting, the senator published a message on his social networks thanking the artist. “It’s no surprise that he is one of the greatest singers in Brazil. Thank you for your affection. May God continue to bless your life”he wrote.

The senator remained at Expogrande to follow the evening program. The Zezé Di Camargo show was scheduled as one of the main attractions of this edition of the fair.

PUBLIC SUPPORT AND CONTROVERSY

Zezé Di Camargo had already expressed public support for Jair Bolsonaro on other occasions.

At the end of last year, the singer generated controversy when he criticized the presence of authorities such as the president, the minister and governor Tarcísio de Freitas (Republicans) during the launch of SBT News.

On that occasion, he appeared on the network’s end-of-year special.
