Belohorcová showed the bill from an Italian restaurant in the USA: This always kills me here! The service charge will make your head spin

Former presenter and entrepreneur Zuzana Belohorcová experienced a huge disappointment last year. Her long-term marriage with Vlast Hájko fell apart. In a difficult period of her life, her children are her biggest support. She always had a very strong bond with Salma and Nevio, but now it has deepened and they have become an inseparable trio. The blonde is not drowning in sadness, on the contrary, she still has a smile on her face and is looking forward to new beginnings.

Belohorcová enjoys the Easter holidays with her daughter and son in the American resort of Miami. The family lived behind a large puddle for many years and subsequently found a new home on the island of Tenerife, where they fell in love with it. The trio is happy to return to the USA, because good memories come to them at every step.

“It is a place that will never cease to be home for us, it will forever remain a birthplace for our children – a piece of the world to which they will always have a deep relationship hidden in their hearts,” Belohorcová confessed.

“There’s something indescribable… an energy, a vibe that can’t be replaced. And every time we come back here, everything falls into place and we feel like we’re home, as if we’ve never left. And somewhere in the back of our minds, we believe that one day we might come back here permanently…” the former TV star hinted eloquently.

Belohorcová documents the family trip in detail on her Instagram profile. She enjoys a lot of exercise, the sea, good food and moments together with her children. One evening they went to a popular Italian restaurant. “The place we always went to for the best pizza and pasta in town,” wrote Belohorcová to their joint picture, which you can find in the photo gallery. A well-known Slovak also published the bill for the dinner.

In total, she spent more than 82 dollars (more than 71 euros). They had minestrone soup for $20 (about €17), Margherita pizza for $15 (€13), wine for $17 (almost €15), a Shirley Temple mixed drink for $6 (€5.20) and a sweet drink for $4.50 (€3.90).

Food and drinks together cost “only” 62.50 dollars and another 7 dollars are taxes and fees, which in the USA are added to the prices only at the checkout. The last part of the final amount is the so-called service surcharge. The Italian restaurant charged an incredible 12.50 dollars (almost 11 euros). Belohorcová also has her own opinion about that amount. “The service charge always kills me here,” she commented on the resulting bill honestly. You can find her photo in the gallery.
