Linz – Anastasia Potapova is in the final of the WTA 500 tournament in Linz in her first appearance as an Austrian in Austria. The 25-year-old beat Croatian Donna Vekic, who was also unseeded, 6:4,6:2 in the semi-finals on Saturday. In the final on Sunday (2 p.m./ORF 1), Potapova will face Mirra Andrejewa, the top seed in Upper Austria, in her seventh tour final. The 18-year-old Russian beat Romanian Elena-Gabriela Ruse 6:4.6:1 in her semifinal.
