Our reader Monika went on a vacation that many travelers dream of. She first spent some time in the USA. She enjoyed sunny Florida, but also visited the concrete jungle full of American dreams – New York. From her vacation, Monika sends our editorial office interesting photos of prizes from various businesses.
After some time, the reader moved to Canada, specifically to Montreal, where she visited the unique Sora Café, located on the 45th floor. Monika Koktejlu sent photos of the menu and also shared picturesque views of the city. You can find pictures in the gallery.
When looking at the menu, visitors to this stylish cafe may be surprised to find that they pay a lot more for an ordinary cup of coffee. The cheapest drinks on offer, ie espresso, allongé (French coffee, similar to Americano, with longer extraction) and americano, cost around 2.63 euros. which is definitely not the least. A slightly more expensive macchiato costs around 2.94 euros, while customers pay around 3.25 euros for the popular cortado.
Even for classic milk coffees, the prices are not far behind. A cappuccino and a flat white cost around 3.56 euros, while a latte sells for around 3.87 euros. Lovers of sweeter coffees will pay around 4.18 euros extra for mocha. They will pay 3.87 euros for the popular espresso tonic. A chai latte costs 4.03 euros, while the increasingly trendy matcha latte starts at 4.34 euros.
There are also other hot and cold drinks on offer. Fuji Fog costs approximately 4.03 euros, hot chocolate and classic tea cost about 3.25 euros, while iced tea is sold for 3.41 euros. The customer pays 4.34 euros for fresh juice.
However, the biggest attraction, but also the biggest shock for the wallet, are the special signature drinks. Matcha lemonade with lychee costs approximately 4.34 euros, an iced hojicha latte with jasmine and orange blossom will cost about 4.96 euros and the absolute most expensive drink on offer is an iced tiramisu latte with maple syrup, for which the café charges approximately 6.20 euros.
And if the customer would like to improve his drink even more, he has to count on additional fees. You will pay approximately 0.62 euros extra for vegetable milk, while premium variants such as macadamia or pistachio milk will increase the price by approximately 1.24 euros. Flavored syrups such as vanilla or maple cost an additional 0.62 euros.
