The former governor of Minas Gerais and pre-candidate for the Palácio do Planalto Romeu Zema (New) defended, this Monday (13), that ministers Toffoli Days e Alexandre de Moraesof the STF (Federal Supreme Court), be removed from the Court and arrested.
“Dias Toffoli and Alexandre de Moraes not only deserve impeachment proceedings, they deserve imprisonment”said Zema during a meeting with political leaders organized by ACSP (São Paulo Commercial Association).
According to the former governor, the Supreme Court appears to house “criminals”.
“The STF was a place that we had a certain amount of trust in, but it had been smelling bad for a few years. Now, all the rot inside has really come to the surface”said Zema.
