Sudan Conference: Too little progress in an escalating war

In addition to higher humanitarian achievements, the Sudan conference in Berlin also finally presents a somewhat more united Sudanese civil society. The format of the donor countries is correct for this reason alone. However, these will have to be measured by whether they finally put pressure on states supporting the parties to the conflict
