The governor (Republicans) participated in a dinner and took photos with funk businessman Rodrigo Inácio de Lima Oliveira, from GR6 Explode, arrested on Tuesday (15) in Operation Narco Fluxo, from , who aimed one at the (Primeiro Comando da Capital).

The governor’s office confirmed to the Sheet that Tarcísio went to the dinner at Latino’s invitation.
The note from Palácio dos Bandeirantes also says that, “as a public figure, the governor encounters dozens of people every day who request photos during their appointments, and it is not possible to check the legal records of each of them in real time.”
According to the PF, Operation Narco Fluxo had the objective of “dismantling a criminal association focused on the illicit movement of values using cryptoactives in Brazil and abroad”.

In December, Bolsonaro nominated his eldest son, the senator (PL-RJ), as his candidate, and Tarcísio reaffirmed that he would run for re-election in .
Oliveira tried to enter politics in 2016, when he was a candidate for councilor in the capital of São Paulo for the now-defunct PSL (a party that merged with DEM in 2021 to form União Brasil) and, in 2024, he asked for votes for Ricardo Nunes (MDB) in São Paulo.
The businessman is defended by criminal lawyers José Luis Oliveira Lima and Bruno Dallari Oliveira Lima.
By means of a note, its defense states that “within the scope of Operation Narco Fluxo, the values and financial transactions mentioned refer to legal and regular commercial relationships, inherent to the company’s business activity, all duly formalized and supported by contracts and tax documentation”.
“GR6 and its partner reiterate that no illegal act was committed and remain at the disposal of the competent authorities, fully cooperating with the investigation and providing the necessary clarifications”, the text continues.
