It would have been a great act of friendship: the entrepreneur Wolfgang Rauball wanted to invest 1.4 million euros in a property that would then be inhabited by Christian Pilnacek and Karin Wurm. It was about a villa in Rossatzbach that belonged to the former Signa manager Christoph Stadlhuber and his relatives. They put the house up for sale in the summer of 2023, and Pilnacek expressed interest. The house is said to have been viewed together with Rauball.
