(PT-MG) to take up a seat at the (Federal Audit Court) opened space for another tucano in the Chamber of Deputies. Odair’s first deputy is Glaycon Franco, who joined the party window.
As a rule, the first substitute is the one who takes over in the event of the absence of the starter. With the imminent departure of the PT member to the court of accounts, Glaycon must therefore assume the mandate.
The curious thing is that he was from – he was elected by the federation with the PT, in Minas Gerais. The national president of the PSDB, (MG), realized Odair’s favoritism in winning the TCU dispute and rushed to join the substitute to the party.
Aécio says that, as soon as he realized that the PT member was securing the position, he went to look where Glaycon Franco was from. “I saw he was from PV and now he’s a toucan,” he told the Panel.
The PSDB, which had already left the party window, now has 19 federal deputies. The PSDB-Cidadania federation has 21 parliamentarians in the house.
The PV claims that the party link has been broken and that, therefore, Glaycon will not be able to take the position. In the party’s opinion, she will be with the second substitute, deputy Gilmar Machado.
