The coach (União Brasil) decided that he will support all right-wing candidates in the election. This Friday (17), he made a recording with the presidential candidate (Novo).
Marçal had already declared support for (-RJ), including holding public agendas with the former president’s son. Now, he says he will act to guarantee votes for the other candidates to defeat the president.
In excerpts of the recording published on the networks, Zema simulates a “chair” on Marçal. In a joking tone, the two joke in reference to the episode that occurred in the debate for mayor of , in 2024, when José Luiz attacked the coach with a stool.
Marçal joined the party and expects him to run for senator or federal deputy in October. The coach, however, is ineligible due to a decision by the Electoral Court.
