Vienna – Science needs enough time and space in the media, especially in times of social media and the short attention spans that come with it, said journalist and author Mai Thi Nguyen-Kim in the APA interview: “I only support this shortness, this attention-grabbing, when the initial interest arises, the demand for attention. Overall, it is a mistake to think that science and science journalism have to be ‘snackable’.”
