According to sources, Deutsche Telekom is considering a complete combination with its US mobile communications subsidiary T-Mobile US. The German group has discussed an idea in which a new holding company would bid for shares in both companies, the Bloomberg news agency reported on Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter. Such a move would be the largest public takeover ever, it said.
