SÃO PAULO, Apr 22 (Reuters) – ISA Energia has started commercial operation of the Jacarandá transmission project, which involves the expansion of an energy substation in Guarulhos (SP), with an increase in the yard and installation of new power transformers.
In a statement to the market this Wednesday, the transmitter also said that, with this energization, it will begin to receive Permitted Annual Revenue (RAP) from the venture of R$16.1 million, which has an estimated EBITDA margin of around 90% and a presumed profit taxation regime.
The total investment of the project, auctioned in 2022, is around R$188.8 million, which represents an efficiency of 33% in relation to the investment estimated by the National Electric Energy Agency (Aneel) updated for the base date of March 30, 2026, added ISA Energia.
