The cause of death of Celeste Rivas Hernandez, the 14-year-old girl found inside a car registered to the singer D4vd, has been released this Wednesday by the Los Angeles Medical Examiner’s Office.

The report comes two days after the singer, as well as for sexual crimes with a minor and the mutilation of a corpse, could be sentenced to death penalty.

According to the autopsy report to which the magazine had access, the teenager died due to “multiple penetrating injuries caused by object(s)“, with his death classified as homicide.

In addition, two penetrating wounds to the torso were also identified, one on the right side of the abdomen that damaged the liver and another on the upper left part of the chest that passed between two ribs and fractured adjacent ribs.

The report further states that Celeste had alcohol in the body and that drugs were not detected or the results were “inconclusive due to interfering substance(s)” after multiple toxicological analyzes.

Prosecutors previously said the young woman’s dismembered remains were found in two bags separated inside the trunk of a Tesla registered to D4vd, David Burke, after police received reports of a foul odor coming from the car in a parking lot a September 8, 2025one day before Rivas’ 15th birthday.

In the coroner’s report, investigators clarified that one bag contained his torso and head, while the other contained his arms and legs. Two fingers had also been removed from his left hand.

Furthermore, he mentioned that the young woman had a tattoo with the word “Shhh…”. Burke was seen with the same tattoo in a September 2024 photo.

It is worth remembering that Celeste was last seen April 23, 2025in the city of Lake Elsinore, in the state of California, before moving to D4vd’s house in the Hollywood Hills.
