In the current administration, the government’s participation in Agrishow is surrounded by confusion. In 2023, the Minister of Agriculture, Carlos Fávaro, said he was not invited to the event, which led to questions about Banco do Brasil’s sponsorship of the event.
In later editions, Alckmin and Fávaro represented the federal government.
