Images of guests at the White House Industry Association dinner eating and collecting bottles while the venue was evacuated because of a shooting went viral on social media. The event, which was attended by US President Donald Trump, was held on Saturday (April 25, 2026) at the Washington Hilton Hotel.
In the recordings, it is possible to see that a man eats while the room is evacuated and other people remain on the floor. In another video, a group takes photos with bottles of champagne collected from tables. Soon after, a woman takes two bottles from the table and puts them in her coat.
