But Ye’s other concerts in Europe have also been cancelled: France, Poland e Switzerland will no longer receive the singer, contrary to what was planned. Although only the United Kingdom has banned their entry into the country.
Each one with their official justifications, but the reason is always the same: their statements anti-semitism, selling t-shirts with a swastika or a song announcing “I love Hitler”.

Kanye West has a concert scheduled for Algarve Stadiumon the day August 7th.

The guarantee is from Torcato Jorge, executive director of Raya Culture, promoter of the event. Canceling the concert is “a fear not,” motivated by “misinformation” that is creating concern about the 30% of tickets that remain to be sold.
Torcato reminds that the Security Information Service (SIS) did not identify Kanye West as a national threat or a terrorist. “There must be an internal security report from the State that says this citizen cannot enter the country.” And there isn’t.

There is no indication of cancellation of the show in Portugal. Civil Protection has already authorized the security project for the venue.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs commented to Euronews that it is “closely monitoring the situation”. It will only act if it understands that there is a threat to national security or public order from the SIRP – Information System of the Portuguese Republic.
