Vienna – The hearing in the trial against ex-FPÖ National Council member Hans-Jörg Jenewein and a former employee of the ex-Interior Minister and current FPÖ chairman Herbert Kickl was postponed on Monday. The issue at issue is whether the duty of confidentiality was violated when information was passed on. Jenewein emphasized during the hearing that the information was not classified as “secret”, but rather as “confidential”.
