Defense forces are “actively responding” to the missiles and threats, according to the ministry.
The Ministry of Defense of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) announced new Iranian attacks on Tuesday. The UAE reported similar attacks on Monday, writes TASR according to Sky News.
“The Department of Defense confirms that the sounds heard in various parts of the country are the result of the interception of ballistic missiles, cruise missiles and drones by the UAE Air Defense,” he said on social media.
The Ministry of Defense reported on Monday that Tehran fired four missiles at targets in different areas of the UAE and that an Iranian drone attack caused a fire at an oil facility in the Emirate of Fujairah. According to Sky News, three Indian citizens were injured in the attacks.
