Check out the note released by Flamengo and Libra below:
“The Libra clubs and Clube de Regatas do Flamengo signed, this weekend, an agreement that ends the disagreement over the distribution of revenue related to audience values – which represents 30% of the total fixed remuneration established in the contract with Globo for the rights to broadcast the games until 2029.
A balance point was found between what the new Flamengo board requested since taking over the club, in January 2025, and what the Libra clubs understood to be their preferred model. Everyone’s effort to reach the solution was fundamental.
Flamengo and the other Libra clubs are now focusing on the next steps towards the creation of the National League, reinforcing the appreciation of their properties and the vision of strengthening, advancing and improving the Brazilian football ecosystem, together with the CBF and the FFU clubs.”
