O Public Ministry of Rio Grande do Sul reported, this Monday (4), three people for the disappearance and death of the Aguiar family. Father, mother and daughter disappeared at the end of last January and are considered dead by the Rio Grande do Sul Civil Police.
The accused are the ex-boyfriend of one of the victims, a military police officer, who is in prison and is named as the main suspect, the agent’s current girlfriend and brother. For the prosecution, the suspects would have worked in concert to kill the family. The bodies have not yet been found.
They are accused of two feminicides and one qualified homicide, in addition to three crimes of concealment of a corpse, procedural fraud, criminal association and other related crimes, including the crime of theft.
