On April 24, 2026, Edison Park in Bratislava experienced an evening that will be remembered for a long time. In his premiere Majself Special Show, Majself combined magnificent production, personal emotions and strong musical guests and prepared the audience for an almost two-hour ride full of hitsenergy and authentic moments.
Last Friday of April Slovak rapper and singer Michael Švehla, known under the stage name Majself, turned his musical dream into reality. Before eight o’clock, the young singer ALYA opened the evening. Shortly after, the space plunged into the opening intro and with the arrival of Majself came an explosion of emotions. Already the first songs “Stars”, “Talizman” and “Rolls Royce” set the pace of the concert, which conquered the entire Edison Park from the first seconds.
Before the show, the singer openly talked about the fact that he wants to give one of the performances of his life. After the concert, it was clear that he had succeeded. The concert was divided into several thematic blocks and each of them brought a different atmosphere. One of the first strong moments was the performance of Nela Pocisková, who joined Majself in the songs “Stars” and “I won’t stop breathing”.
In other blocks, Nia, Tina and the Czech rapper Refew together with Jaroslav Oláh appeared on stage. The performance of the group Desmod became a strong finale. The songs “100 Years of Solitude” and “Comet” turned Edison Park into a huge choir and confirmed that the fusion of different musical worlds was one of the biggest trumps of the whole show.
Pocisková could not miss it
Actress and singer Nela Pocisková recorded a joint EP 3 days with Majselfby which she herself fulfilled her musical dream when she returned to singing. The artist has been busy in recent months for participating in the dance show Let’s Dance, so many fans were anxiously waiting to see if she would appear on Majself’s show at all. “Mišo is an absolute genius and he is one of the few people I know as if in my surroundings, artists who do it with all their love, soul, heart, that he really just loves the music, he lives for it completely and I think he deserves it extremely,” Pocisková thinks about Majself.
Pocisková still had duties in the dance show. How did she put it all together? “Rather, I only had some kind of regret about the fact that he then called me to meet somewhere and gave invitations and all these things, that’s me completely… I just didn’t have the capacity. So I kind of apologized to him for the fact that I just couldn’t make it, but I told myself that it was simply not possible for me not to be here, because it was a part of my musical world as well.” admitted Pocisková.
Fate and the audience arranged it in such a way that she finally made it to the concert. “And I said to myself that it’s the evening, I have to do it somehow. Despite the fact that it’s Let’s Dance and we’re already outside, thank God. And not thank God, but somehow it all worked out that actually this week is also demanding. Also for all these events and other activities. So, basically, it somehow happened, probably how it was supposed to happen. But of course it annoys everyone in the back of their mind. Everyone wanted to get as far as possible. So I’ve already kind of grieved mine. And you just have to accept it. That’s life. I’m glad to be here” the singer and actress said plainly about her falling out.
