Marketer Igor Paulin will lead two of the main campaigns in the Northeast elections in October: the attempts of the governor of Pernambuco, (PSD), to be re-elected, and that of the former mayor of Maceió JHC (PSDB) to reach the government of Alagoas.
In Pernambuco, the dispute promises to be fierce between Lyra and , which appears ahead in the polls. The governor’s strategy is to showcase the works delivered during her mandate. She also counts on President Lula’s neutrality in the electoral race.
In Alagoas, the priority is to take advantage of where its management achieved 80% approval, and try to transfer it to the interior. His main competitor must be former minister Renan Filho (MDB).
Paulin has worked with both candidates before. He led Lyra’s campaign in 2022 and JHC’s two elections for Maceió City Hall in 2020 and 2024.
