The trial for allegedly storing drugs has once again suffered a blow this Wednesday. The statement of the person who was a civil guard trainee when the events occurred, on April 25, 2009, has completely dismantled the story of the only person accused of the double homicide, Manuel Alonso, 65 years old, who at all times has claimed “legitimate defense,” that is, that he acted in self-defense. The men he shot were Derian José Morales Feria, 36, and Eduard Andrés Gómez Tabares, 25.
